Her postgraduate training includes her obstetrics and gynecology residency served at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Austin (2007-2011). Certified in da Vinci robotic surgery and single incision laparoscopic surgery, Dr. Urrutia attained board certification in obstetrics and gynecology with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists as well as member of the Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Texas Medical Association, and the Travis County Medical Society.
